Transition to Eclipse/WOLips coming ...
These examples have not been visited for a long time and the WebObjects world has changed since then. Specifically, the development tools have changed from those that Apple shipped to the open source Eclipse IDE extended for WebObjects (WOLips).

LDAP Application
This application uses an EOModel that utilizes JNDI to access an LDAP server. The server accessed in the sample is that at the University of Michigan, and the person queried is me. Note that EOModeler is not very stable when it opens this model, so changing server name, and editing the schema is safest done by opening the EOModel package and editing the text files therein.

FS EOAdapter
This archive contains a framework and an application which illustrates its use. The framework is an EOAdapter which provides access to a file system via EO method calls. Though functional, this EOAdapter is mostly intended as an example of how to write one of these.
This implementation generates a few warnings in the WebObjects log that I have not yet tracked down, and the sample application is simple and should be beefed up to use more of the adapter's capability. Watch for these enhancements in version 1.1
